My wife and I have purchased several vehicles over the years, but I can never remember having such a good experience as we had today when we bought a new F-150 XLT pick-up. Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and professional. What had been a "come and see" visit turned into a trade in the old truck and get a brand new one. The whole process from finding a new truck on the lot, test driving it, trading in the old truck and financing the new one only took a couple of hours. I found a 2011 Ford Ranger Sport on line that I ""really" liked. My Husband and I went to look at it on July 4th. The pictures on line was exactly what the vehicle looked like. My Husband e-mailed the dealership on Friday and then talked to them on the phone. We went to the dealership on Friday July 6th to trade in our 2000 Mountaineer and purchase the Ranger if the price was right. We arrived at Bill Estes at 5 PM and was greeted at the door and talked to Bill for a few minutes and then we took the Ranger for a test drive. They were looking at the Mountaineer while we were test driving the Ranger. As soon as we got back the price that was discussed on the phone was the price that was agreed on the first time. There was no going back and forth and haggling on a price, which made me very happy. Shortly after that we met with Chris and we left Bill Estes shortly after 6 PM. I have purchased a number of vehicles and this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Everyone at the dealership was very nice, friendly and down to earth. I would definately go back to Bill Estes in Brownsburg. More

I came into Ford looking to buy a new car and Pat Smith was very helpful. He was very easy going and seemed to know a lot about each of the vehicles we looked at.
