He went over all the features of the Escape and explained the quality of a Ford vehicle. After going for a test drive and talking over it over with my fiance, we decided that Escape was the perfect vehicle for us. I have never owned a Ford previously so was unsure of whether or not they were reliable. After conversing with Patrick, he showed me the ratings on used Ford vehicles, which assisted with our confidence in purchasing the Escape. Patrick was more than helpful to us.
