What a great experience my daughter-in-law and significant other had! Not only Greg the finance manager, but Mike in sales and Mike in the service department are great guys. My mother-in-law (Betty H.) was looking for a new car. She had no idea what model she wanted. Mike Parham really came to the rescue. She drove three models that she had interest in. 8 years ago, I visited Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg for service on an Aspire and ended up trading it in for a 1998 Ranger which had been a lease vehicle with low mileage. 8 years and over 100,000 miles la service on an Aspire and ended up trading it in for a 1998 Ranger which had been a lease vehicle with low mileage. 8 years and over 100,000 miles later, I again phoned Mike and bought a 2006 Chevy HHR LT. I received the same friendly, professional and efficient service from Mike as if those 8 years had not even passed and even though I bought a Chevy at a Ford dealership! The service department also operates in the same courteous and efficient manner as the sales department does. A great place to do business! More
When I arrived, I knew which model I wanted to test drive and had already done research on the car. I was interested in a new, 2012 Ford Fusion; however, I told Shane to treat me as if I had not done researc and had already done research on the car. Shane was very helpful, explaining every detail of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. He went through the different safety qualities and the electronic options inside the vehicle. During the test drive, he was not super pushy with the sale, which is always frustrating when looking for a new vehicle. He was very understanding when i told him I was in the market for other dealers as well but was more than willing to accommodate my schedule if I wanted to come for another test drive or sit down with their finances department. I ended up coming back the next morning, ready to purchase my new Fusion! Greg took over from this point and was genuinely warm and welcoming, a quality not many dealerships have within their employees. He worked with my budget and attempted to keep within the price range I was aiming to stay. Greg worked efficiently and effectively, getting me out of the there in a little over an hour. The entire process of purchasing the new car was less stressful than my first car purchase experience, and I would definetly recommend their dealership to anyone considering a new or pre-owned vehicle! The entire staff was willing and ready to assist in any way! More
I had a great experience on Wednesday, September 14th, 2011 when I looked into trading my F150 in for a newer vehicle. Darryl and I got along fine once he under stood I had done some information shopping on the used car I ended up purchasing from him. I got what I think was a very good deal on the car. Shane was very helpful and informative, without being a typical "pushy" salesman. He explained everything on the exterior of the Ford Fusion before my test drive, and then he proceeded to explain everythin typical "pushy" salesman. During the test drive, he talked about the car but also about random topics, which allowed me to get a feel of the car without feeling overwhelmed to buy it. Greg was so helpful during the actual purchase portion of my visit. He did everything in his power to work with my budget, while also making sure I maximized my warranty options. The other staff members in the dealership were friendly and welcoming, without overwhelming me when I entered and started to browse the showroom. They made my car buying experience unstressful and actually exciting. I highly recommend this dealership, Shane, and Greg. More

I was afraid I would have to buy a car elsewhere when the car I wanted wasn't on their lot, but they were willing to find my car at another dealership and bring it to me--I couldn't ask for more! They were thorough in explaining the features on my car, including a demonstration of the SYNC system, and made sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel before I drove off their lot. I also wanted to buy my new car at Bill Estes because of their community involvement, particularly with the Brownsburg Community School Corporation. I'm thrilled to support a business that supports its community. Overall, my first car buying experience was stress-free and, much to my surprise, very easy thanks to the team at Bill Estes. I highly recommend stopping by the showroom the next time you're in the market for a car. More
From the minute we stepped foot on the car lot our salesman listened to what we wanted, and never pushed. They treated us like "family" and trusted us to take the car we were interested in for the weekend to decide. They have earned our business for many years to come. My husband joked that "one day we will take our kids there to pick out a car" It is nice to build a relationship with a dealership especially when the experience can leave you feeling vulnerable. More
