Passing through the area from Chicago towing our RV with an F350 and happened to blow a trailer tire on the highway adjacent to Bill Estes Ford. Pulled over on the hwy to change it when 2 of the sales reps an F350 and happened to blow a trailer tire on the highway adjacent to Bill Estes Ford. Pulled over on the hwy to change it when 2 of the sales reps spotted us from their property and asked if we needed some help. Mike Parham in sales went back to the shop and sent a mechanic onto the highway with a bigger floor jack and torque wrench. Within a few minutes we were swapped out and back on the road. Big, BIG thank you to Bryce for helping us yesterday! We had two little ones in the truck for a long trip camping, so this was only a hiccup thanks to Mike and Bryce! Good people at Bill Estes Ford! I had a personal connection with #TalktoTrent and told him what I was looking for. He mentioned that he had access to the full Asbury network (80+ dealers) so I sent him a couple trucks that were in my range across the country. However, rather than looking to make the most buck off me he gave me the headsup of a fresh trade they had that fit my needs exactly, had 40k less miles than anything I had looked at online, and was $3k cheaper than what I was looking at in the Asbury Network. He sent me the details and pictures on a monday night (before the pictures and full detail was online), and I went in at lunch the next day. He was courteous, detailed, and efficient despite working multiple deals at the same time. He made sure I was comfortable with the finances, helped me maximize my trade in value and purchase price, and got me in the truck to drive before anyone else. When I was handed off to the finance manager (Darryl), there was less personal touches but still courteous and much less 'pushy' than previous finance reps with other dealers with whom I had worked with in the past.
