We shopped online for a vehicle and looked at a certain van that happened to be at Bill Estes Ford. Chris was knowledgable and patient as we worked through what the best model and type of car (new vs. used) was best for us. Overall, the process of selecting the car was really easy. Working with Greg Floyd in the financing department was also really pleasant. Greg was friendly and straight-forward in helping us decide what the best financing options were and did not pressure us into paying for things that we didn't need or want.
