I had stopped in for a test drive of an F150 and was provided with necessary pricing information and literature on the vehicle and a comparable option. I was not pressured the day of the test drive to make a purchase. A week later, I made a few calls to other dealers and Brian at Estes. Brian was quick to respond and was able to accommodate my requests. I was able to agree to a deal, drive to the dealer, sign paperwork and drive home with a new F150 in less than three hours, which included travel time. Thanks to the Bill Estes Brownsburg team for a smooth transaction and a great truck. More

Edge - 2016 The main reason for the rating is because upon the test drive we noticed the low tire pressure light was on for the rear right tire. The salesman assu The main reason for the rating is because upon the test drive we noticed the low tire pressure light was on for the rear right tire. The salesman assured us that would be taken care of. We mentioned again before signing any papers and then again as we were leaving. Before receiving the vehicle we were told that the low tire pressure had been taken care of and were told that it had been fixed although "it might take about 30 miles for the light to reset." The following week the light was still on. An appointment was made for them to research problem. After about 1.5 hrs of waiting, they finally had finished. At time of delivery the salesman said he didn't have the second key but would check in to it and provide us with the second key. The only bright spot was the GM who sincerely seemed interested in getting our problem resolved. More

Quick Service, Decent Prices I only dealt with the service department to have a recall fixed and an extra key made. It was a bit hectic trying to figure out where to go, and the employees I encountered weren't overly helpful to put me in the right direction. Once I was finally matched up with the adviser (Casey) who had taken my service request over phone, everything was smooth sailing. I felt like the service was prioritized to me and making sure that I understood exactly what was done to my car. The atmosphere was very busy and chaotic, and I was a little demanding from the lack of help earlier, but Casey was very kind and patient with me. More
