Darryl in Finance took care of all the papers and explained everything very clearly. no confusion there. Hopefully we won't another vehicle soon but if we do, we would look at this dealership first. On the same note, we need to get a part from Bill Estes Toyota on 96th & Keystone and the personnel there was also very helpful and accommodating. More

Up setting Customer service is not all that important to this dealership? Asked for a loaner car, didn’t have one!! Made another arrangement then when I dropped Customer service is not all that important to this dealership? Asked for a loaner car, didn’t have one!! Made another arrangement then when I dropped my car off they asked if I wanted a shuttle ride ??? Why would they not have had spoken up about shuttle ride when asking for a loaner?? I even ask for a car they would be taking to auction as a loaner, no go? BUT the frustration came when I had I screw in my tire and I asked if they could fix it along with my oil change. They said yes no problem, on my return to pick truck up they told me tire was fine. That was a lie , they never looked at it!!! Had to take to another shop to have them fix the tire. My F-150 is a 2018 I bought new from Bill. Told them if they treat me right I will be back, I normally trade every 2 years. Well guess who will not be trading with Bill again? Willing to make a deal We visited every Ford dealership in the immediate area and none of them were willing to explore making a deal except a Bill Estes. The others wanted t We visited every Ford dealership in the immediate area and none of them were willing to explore making a deal except a Bill Estes. The others wanted to put us in a different F-150 model because of what we were willing to pay. In many cases we never got past what they were willing to give us on our trade. Dealerships advertise so much off the cost of a new F-150 but when you visit them they don’t even come close to the advertised amount off. Bill Estes was willing to listen what we were willing to pay and adjusted the amount of our trade in based on our amount we we were Ellington to pay. Both of us gave up some but other dealers were only interested in us giving up on what we were looking for. More
