how to show you don't care about customer service. It took 4 phone calls with 2 messages just to get a price, then 2 more calls to set up an appointment. I dropped off the truck for my appointment only It took 4 phone calls with 2 messages just to get a price, then 2 more calls to set up an appointment. I dropped off the truck for my appointment only to be told they weren't sure when it would be ready for pick up, but it should be a couple hours. I called 7 hours later to check on the status and was told about 45 mins. and finally 2 hours later it is ready. Then comes the billing they added an extra $65.00 to the bill because unforeseen part they didn't know they would need. This is on a Ford Truck from a ford dealership. I don't believe them. More

From terrible deals to lemons I’ve dealt with it all. So when the AC/Heat went out in ‘like new’ two year old Jeep I had owned for a grand total of 8 months, I wasn’t surprised. After taking it to two body shops (no avail) and calling every Jeep dealer in driving distance (appointments scheduling 4+ weeks out) I had gotten nowhere. Finally I called Bill Estes and they were able to get me in, in less than a week. They repaired my vehicle in less than a day, and kept me notified every step of the way! Great service, great outcome! Impressed with their service, and disappointed in my new to me Jeep, I decided to check out their inventory of used F150’s. Huge selection of gently used trucks! I began working with Stephen McCauley (ask for Stephen!), a sales consultant. Mr. McCauley is a zero pressure salesman and was extremely helpful and informative. After test driving a 2015 F150 XLT I entered into negotiations with Mr. McCauley. We reached a terrific deal for my trade in, and an extremely fair deal for the truck! I worked with Joel Stucker (ask for Joel!) for financing and got the best interest rate I’ve ever had on a vehicle! Thank you Stephen and Joel!! Six days later, after driving and loving the truck, my luck held true; the engine light came on. Understandably, I was frustrated, especially since I had decided not to purchase the additional (and affordable) warranty coverage offered. I called Stephen and the service department. They were able to get me in right away! An evaporation valve needed to be replaced…to the tune of $885.00. After working with the sales department and explaining my situation, they agreed to cover the entire cost of the repair, regardless of the fact that I had no warranty/service coverage! I’m extremely grateful for the astonishing customer service and quick turnaround time!! #amazing deals #terrific customer service #don’t go anywhere else #customer for life!!! More

Aggravated My issue is went in early morning Friday September 6th for the works oil change paid $52 and got home and realized my tires were not rotated.
