Fast, friendly, job well done! After several attempts by phone to set up an appointment concerning a water leak, I decided to go into the dealership where I purchased the car. Upon After several attempts by phone to set up an appointment concerning a water leak, I decided to go into the dealership where I purchased the car. Upon arrival I spoke with the secretary, who in turn referred me to go speak to any available service advisor. I had the good fortune to speak with Matthew Weghorst who apologized and quickly set up an appointment for the following week, including a loaner car. They found the cause of the water leak, successfully repaired it and Matt personally cleaned the headliner stains to look brand new. I’m very pleased with the service.
