Worst experience ever! My husband and I both drive Ford cars (not purchased from here). I bought my Escape brand new and chose this place due to proximity to our house. My husband and I both drive Ford cars (not purchased from here). I bought my Escape brand new and chose this place due to proximity to our house. First time, my husband left the car there (with an appointment at noon) and was told at 6 pm that day that the car won't be done. Leave it there over night. They arranged for pick up from home, of course they were late! At the same time, we wanted to do an oil change. This was all in March. May 5th, oil change light comes up (first time ever since 2015, solely owner of this car, keep that in mind). We cannot prove they didn't do the oil change, but we strongly believe so (we paid for it). Went in for oil change, apparently we need to replace rear shocks. We have full extended warranty that we purchased from our dealer in 2015, but that's not covered. We used to take this car in 2 different places, and never had any issues before. And I totally understand it's not a new car anymore, but it's definitely not normal for all these to happen in such a short span of time. My advice is to definitely avoid this place. We spent a lot of money here and were treated unprofessionally. It doesn't even matter how much you spend there at the end of the day, they are just making the Ford brand look bad and not making current customers buy another car from the company. Drive the extra miles to West Carmel or Greenwood. More
