As a small business owner I depend greatly on my trucks and this fiasco has cost us time, money and business !!! The service dept has allowed us a loaner truck for most of the time and we appreciate that, but we can’t use the loaner for our business to haul, pull trailers and equipment like we use our trucks for as the loaners are new 1/2 ton trucks not meant for what we do. This has required us to rent, double up and really hampered our business !! Would Estes management put up business loss for this amount of time ? I think not ! Bottom line I feel like I was lied to by sales about the truck and it’s condition, and shady sales tactics were used. Yesterday the truck was towed back to Estes as it broke down again 1 day after picking it up, and again I’m in a bind business wise with no truck or loaner. As for the extended warranty sales pushed on me stating it was required my my finance company which was a lie, it’s useless, hasn’t covered a dime of repair costs. Service cut me a break on the cost since they’ve had it as much or more than me, but I don’t feel like I should have to pay anything !!!!!!! If you can’t fix my truck then give me another truck of equal value and quit wasting my time and money. Estes Ford all this cost should be covered by you as I have already lost enough money on this circus act. More

Better Than the Rest Let me start off with saying, WOW!!! I was in the market for a new car, specifically a Dodge Charger 392 6.4L. After visiting several other dealership Let me start off with saying, WOW!!! I was in the market for a new car, specifically a Dodge Charger 392 6.4L. After visiting several other dealerships with this one last on my list, it makes me wish that I would've went to this one first and bought the car then and there! After inquiring on the Charger I found on their website, their general sales manager, Brian Weddle responded personally, which in my experience, is very rare, so we were off to a great start! After asking further about the vehicle and listening to my concerns, since I do live 3 hours and wanted to know all the details before driving out there, he connected me with a sales associate, Mike Parham. Mike went above and beyond with customer service as he made a personal video walk-around of the Charger and even emailed scanned copies of the service department receipts on what they did to the car when they first received it on trade in. Talk about transparency! After everything checked out, I made the 3 hour trip and when I arrived I was introduced to Mike and his assistant, Sean. It was a cold, brisk November day and Mike went out of his way to pull it into the service department so I can look at the car in the warmth. Went on a test drive, and I was sold on the car after everything checked out and everyone being honest through calls, emails and even video! The process was not only smooth, but very friendly and top notch customer service. More

Poor Service I visited Bill Estes Ford this morning to buy a new truck. Was on the lot for 20 minutes looking at their truck selection but no one came out to help. I visited Bill Estes Ford this morning to buy a new truck. Was on the lot for 20 minutes looking at their truck selection but no one came out to help. So I drove up to the office where at least a dozen salesmen were busy talking about football, setting at their desks working, etc... Two different guys got up and walked toward me while making eye contact as I stood there clearly needing assistance. Both of them turned to chat with others or to do other things. So I then walked around the showroom looking at the truck on the showroom floor and still was not helped by anyone. I will take my business elsewhere. More
