Service Center. A waste of my time!! I called and scheduled my car in for service on Sept. 27th. I dropped my car off on Wednesday, Sept 26, 2018 for my Thurs, Sept 27th appointment. I ha I called and scheduled my car in for service on Sept. 27th. I dropped my car off on Wednesday, Sept 26, 2018 for my Thurs, Sept 27th appointment. I had to call on Thursday to see if my car has been serviced. I was told by Dalton, they had briefly looked at my car and it was the PTU. Dalton stated my extended warranty company (Century) had been contacted to see if the service would be covered and that he would call me on Friday, Sept 28th. I hear nothing from Dalton. I called on Saturday, Sept 29th and was told by Ali that the technician does not work on Saturday so I would need to call back on Monday to find out what was wrong with my car. It doesn't make sense to me as a customer that is patronizing this dealership to call day after day to find out if my car has been serviced. This dealership had my car for 5 days, without a word from them until I called to inquire. On Monday, I insisted on they providing a loaner vehicle until my car service was completed. I wonder if others have to call or does the service team contact the customer? I take my car to another Ford dealership and was told something totally different than what Dalton told me that was wrong with my car. With that being said, I think Bill Estes should refund my $100 for misdiagnosing what was wrong with my car and inconveniencing me without a vehicle for 5 days. This was the last time I will patronized Bill Estes Ford. They have last me as a customer and future car business!!!!! Angela James More

Profiled and Disrepected I bought my car from Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg in June of this year. The car was "USED!" In the agreement of buying the car, I was to have my wind I bought my car from Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg in June of this year. The car was "USED!" In the agreement of buying the car, I was to have my windows tinted, and my windshield replaced due to a crack. They had keep my car for about 10 days. My wife picked up the car to bring it to me at work, I was very excited to see the car done. When I walked outside and saw my car I was devastated There was a dent in my driver side door, and the interior of my car had tint drips all down the side of my doors and all over my dash, the tint was creased and bobbled from dust and hair. Both my driver side wheels had been damaged by a curve. So, Dennis from Bill Estes tells me oh, we will fix it...So another hand full of days go by, I go to get my car and there is still issues with the tent and the dent on the door was still there with daps of paint on it. So, now they took to M&M body shop and tried to fix the tint again. Dent looked better but needed to be buffed a little more which M&M body shop did with no problem. I went to met with the Andy & Patrick to go over why they have had my car for a month and a solution to the tint since their guy was having issues. Andy & Patrick basically broke it down as this is what I get for buying a used car over new. My mind was blown, it shouldn't have mattered if it was new or used you guys damaged my car and your tint guy did an awful job. I felt profiled due to their statements of why I just didn't buy a new car. I was told I had to take my car somewhere else to tint cause they where not going to be responsible anymore for the tint guy messing up my car and they would only pay for the front window and the passenger window. So, I went to Two Guys Window Tinting in Brownsburg. They told me about my new window having a cut in it making it defective and they found cuts in the tint and hair. I went back to Bill Estes, and Brain Weddle Immediately downgraded me again by saying this was my choice to buy used over new. After stopping him and telling him how, I was treated by Andy & Patrick he then told me they would replace the front windshield again, and that Two Guys Tint could replace all my tint. Two Guys Window Tint did a fantastic job, the clarity of my windows are amazing now. So, After a month and couple of days of not having my car, I felt justified that I ask them to pay a month of my car payment. I was told a few minutes ago that the will not make a car payment on the fact of how much money was put into making me happy. The only thing, I asked for that wasn't my fault was the fog light to be replaced which the overpriced on paper, I did not pay for it but, it shows how they will lie to customers to make them look good, like them paying that much for the light should make up the fact they damaged my car. Brian Weddle ended our phone conversation by saying he would not pay for my car payment and that we should part ways. Part ways with a customer who has brought you business? I am hoping that people read this and choose another car dealership to buy your vehicles, these people I spoke about will lie, profile, and try to belittle you to get their way. I just feel that they keep my car total of a month, they should make the car payment for their mistakes, I get they tried to resolve the issues but, they failed at that too and I had to take it somewhere else to get it fix right. Yes they paid for it, they will make sure that you know that fact but, here is my justification, you damaged my car, I did not, so, you should pay for all they cost to make it right, I have not even got to enjoy the car I bought cause you have keep it for a total of a month. Also, for how I have been treated, no one should ever leave as a customer feeling like they are white trash and they don't belong in this world. Bill Estes Manager Brian Weddle and Director of Operations Andy Wernsman did exactly that to me. Don't go through what, I did. Stay away from Bill Estes Ford In Brownsburg Indiana! More
