Tire Replacement Overall the dealership service department was easy to work with. However, Ford itself was terrible to work with when I called the 1-800 number to file a case report and was given terrible customer service. A brand new 2018 vehicle bought in January with 3 flat tires in a matter of two weeks. It was mind blowing to everyone that I (the customer) felt unsafe in my vehicle as the tires were terrible. Ford proceeded to blame my driving and not own anything as the tires would not handle any road wear. I drive the same routes every day and have hit potholes at the same speed with no tire blow out on a different vehicle with old tires. Thankfully the dealership service department was willing to help us out, but I still have a negative outlook with my overall experience with Ford. More

This dealer allowed her to test drive her dream truck, and now she will be buying her truck from them. She is a 911 operator and knows officers in the department that were treatment very badly at another dealership, and she has recommended that they buy their Raptor at this dealership. I purchased the Ecosport 2018, and couldn't be happier. I was pleasantly surprised by the technical support. They had their tech sit down and explain the features in my Ecosport.
