Todd Berry IS an outstanding person and very helpfull and did every thing we feel that he could do. We are very pleased with him. We plan on only dealing with him in the future. I personally did alot as far as having every thing prepaird for them and new the values of are vehicels and they say they where a lot lower than I exspected. Went into Butler on a Saturday afternoon after receiving a call from their internet sales dept. I was about 2 years into my lease and they informed me i may be able to get into a new Rav4 early at the sam a call from their internet sales dept. I was about 2 years into my lease and they informed me i may be able to get into a new Rav4 early at the same payment or less due to the demand for used Rav4's. Went in and met with Josh Robinson who we had dealt with before and found that not only could I get into a new Rav4 for less, that we could get an even better deal if we traded out my wife's leased Camry(also early) for a Rav4 too. Needless to say, given the weather we had this winter and the several days I stayed home and had my wife take my Rav4 due to weather, I was quite pleased! Bottom line is, we get a phone call and decide to check it out. We talk to Josh (who has been fantastic both times we've dealt with him and will continue to gong forward) and find we can get into 2 new Rav4's which we love, sign and drive while reducing our overall lease payments. Quite a pleasant surprise for a Saturday afternoon. I'll go back and deal with Josh as long as he is selling Toyotas. Thanks Jim More
