I gave the dealership all ratings of five because I called at 7:30 on a Monday morning to see if I could have them schedule my car sometime in the week. Blake answered the phone and told me to bring it in right away and they would work me in that day. I dropped off my vehicle at 8 and had a new front hub bearing by 2:30. Brandon did the test drive to verify that we needed a new bearing. Both Blake and Brandon were very courteous, friendly and professional. I had a great experience and would definitely deal with them in the future. I did not buy my vehicle from them, my dealer lost his dealership when the big GM financial crisis hit, but I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Bill Harris with the awesome team he has working for him. More

Just purchased a 2011 Cruze from Bill Harris. After having become quite frustrated and disenchanted with other salesman in my area, working with Aaron at Bill Harris was a breath of fresh air. He answered my questions directly, new his product very well, and when we started talking price, I felt like he gave me his best shot right off the bat. Aaron knew that I was working with other dealers and I expect that Bill Harris intends to be competitive in the marketplace. But it's the sense of respect and sincerity that I felt towards me and my wife (and the other dealers in conversation) that clinched it for me. As I told a salesman from another dealership, I was shopping dealers almost as much as I was shopping cars. Because I was doing quite a bit of research and shopping around (I'm not that wealthy - a car purchase is a big deal for me...), I did not spend very much time at any one dealer. As quickly as other dealers lost my interest, Aaron won my confidence. We came up with an agreement with little effort after I was 'sold' on his dealership. I would recommend these guys. Thank You to Aaron and the staff of Bill Harris for a great car buying experience! More
I had a Chevy Venture that I bought new in Mentor Ohio and it had nothing but problems the entire time I had it, so I had switched to a Toyota and was never going to buy a Chevy again. Then one day my son and it had nothing but problems the entire time I had it, so I had switched to a Toyota and was never going to buy a Chevy again. Then one day my son had suggested that I check out some dealerships in the area of Bill Harris to see if I could lower my monthly payment and get a new car. I stopped in Bill Harris just to look at the new Cruises that were siting out by the road to see how much they were, but the first one I saw was more than I wanted to spend, so I started to leave. Just then, Stephen came out and greeted me. He was very friendly and told me that I could get one for a lot less than the price I saw on that first car. I told him I was just curious and he said that was fine, but that I should at least look inside one so that I had something to compare with. After looking at it and sitting in it, I was pleasantly surprised that I fit into it, as I am 6 foot 5 inches tall. Stephen then talked me into taking it for a drive. I drove one that did not have the turbo engine and I did not like the performance and was ready to move on, but Stephen talked me into driving a turbo and I was impressed with its performance and decided to see what kind of deal we could work with my trade-in. After coming to agreement on a good deal, I was treated very well by both the new car manager and the finance manager. The finance manager got me a very good interest rate on the financing and I actually was able to lower my monthly payment from what I was paying on my trade in. The Cruise I settled on had just come off the truck and it was later in the day, but the service department had it checked and detailed for me early the next morning, which gave me time to clean out my trade the night before. I have received both phone calls and mail from both the dealer and Stephen since I picked it up. The whole experience has started to give me hope that I can once again own a Chevy, I just hope that the Cruise doesn't have all the mechanical problems that the Venture did. David helped us find the best deal on our new Chevy Silverado pickup. He found incentives we hadn't even heard about. He has since then helped try to locate other vehicles we were looking for. My husband is the kind to drive a truck until it's wheels fall off and this was his first new truck in 30 years. We purchased a Cadillac SRX from Bill Harris. We had driven many SUV's at other dealerships before settling on the Cadillac. We never felt any pressure to complete the deal. We purchased the vehicle and have been very pleased with it and the dealership. We had a recall on the vehicle. The dealership picked up the vehicle at our home which is round trip over 35 miles from their facility. They made the repair, washed the vehicle, and returned it. The roads were wet and the gentleman who returned it felt bad and said if we would bring it over on a nice day they would wash it again for free. At this pint we could not be happier. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone because they will help you find exactly what your looking for and in the right price rage. I experienced an intermittent problem with my Suburban over the last several months. The "traction active" light would come on and the vehicle would not respond at very low speed when rolling forward afte over the last several months. The "traction active" light would come on and the vehicle would not respond at very low speed when rolling forward after a complete stop. It was not every time, but seemed to be getting more regular. After dropping off the vehicle a few weeks ago, Brandon assured me they would find the problem and get it fixed. He soon called and said they had diagnosed the problem and provided a detailed description of what needed to be done and a cost estimate. When it was finished and I picked up the vehicle the cost was right in line with the estimate! And even though it has over 100,000 miles on it, it drives like a new vehicle! I am giving Brandon a very high rating because he has gone out of his way to ensure that my Chevy Avalanch is well taken care of. I also need new tires, Brandon gave me a price quote, said that they would match any other price quotes, I shopped around and found a lower price and sure enough they are going to match it. When you walk in to the dealership everyone is very friendly, they always say hi, ask how you're doing. The service guys are also great, they answer any questions that I may have and make sure that I know what's going on with my truck. All in all I would say that Bill Harris is a great dealership and I won't hesitate to continue to do business with them in the future. A Very satified customer. More
