We were looking at several new Chevy Equinox vehicles in the sales lot at Bill Harris in Ashland, OH. Bob Schuster came and greeted us and due to the cold windy day he offered to bring one under the roof a the sales lot at Bill Harris in Ashland, OH. We looked and talked about the Equinox and drove it around the area for several miles. We had looked and rode in one during our stay in Florida this winter. So we felt we knew just about what we were looking for, but Mr. Schuster did explain somethings about the vehicle that were very helpful to us. He set down with us to give a quote of just what this particular vehicle would cost. So we finally made a deal. We picked up the Equinox and Mr. Schuster spent a lot of time explaining in detail all the different items on the dash. We have driven our Equinox now for 1 week so we now are getting adjusted to it and really enjoy driving it. More

I have always found them to attempt to accomodate whatever needs I had even if it involved after hours or something extra as far as pick up or delivery of the vehicle . This company only looks for what will make them money, not customer safety. We took our truck in for an oil change first thing in the morning and their 27 point inspection. When they were done ( at the very end of the day) we were told to bring it back in for repairs including failing breaks! if we would have been told before the pickup the breaks were bad we would have had them fix the problem, however at the end of the day it was not possible. The prices that were quoted ( again at time of pickup ) were very large, including $70.00 for a gas cap. We used to go here all the time, now we spend our money wisely else ware. I would not recommend using this dealer ship. More

I dropped my car off for several repairs before I went to work. Harris gave me a ride to work and called that the needed parts would have to be ordered - and they would need an extra day to complete all the work.
