He was very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. When I asked a question about the codes he lied to me. My sister had to call to get him to be truthful. Service was not superior. Our vehicle needed a brake booster and brake line and stayed in the service department for 9 days. The communication from the service department was little to none during this time. We contacted the Service Manager and he was able to assist us and make the experience better. Past experiences with this dealer were excellent. We will try them again when service is needed on either of our Chevrolet Trucks, that were purchased from them.
