They quickly returned my trade and shredded the paperwork. I was tolded off for sending negative text messages to the salesman Greg, when I returned the truck and for the most part, told to get out. I thought they should have tried to make it right and sell me a truck at their cost. I drove up the road to Baton Rouge and bought a truck. That was the only other dealer with the color and options, I wanted. Beware of this dealership. More

Everyone has the mentality that dealerships are the devil. They'll try to sneak stuff in, pester or even hassle you to buy above your budget, make you spend all day having to deal with them and the pa devil. My wife and I went and found a car we didn't think we would be able to afford, and were prepared to have to battle to find something more affordable. Instead, Toby was not only extremely helpful but hopeful! Great personality and absolutely no pressure. The finance guy, David, told us exactly what would/wouldn't apply to our loan and had us in and out of his office in less than 30 minutes! These guys are doing business, and customer service, the right way. More
I brought my girlfriends car to the service department to help with some electrical problems after IDA. We did everything possible to fix the problems but eventually we needed help from a dealership. I stopped in to ask questions and was introduced to Mark in service. He answered all my questions and gained my trust. I gave him a cap on the amount I was willing to spend and dropped her car off later that evening. The next day around 5pm I got a call from Mark and he explained the car hadn’t been looked at yet but was in rotation for the next day. I was in shock. Mark was outstanding in his communication and professionalism with me. I was impressed and very satisfied from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for service if I ever need it again. Upon inquiring about the purchase of a new LT Trail Boss Silverado, the very nice lady helped me and told me a reasonable number. I had planned on coming in after about a week to come do the deal, granted i Silverado, the very nice lady helped me and told me a reasonable number. About 2 days later I receive an add regarding “ GENERALMANAGER SPECIAL DEALS” with 4 trucks on the ad. And wouldn’t you know the very truck on the ad was the exact truck that I previously inquired about. Upon reading the ad there was an extra $5,000 off of the number that was previously told to me. I then contacted them again and was ready to come in that day. I contacted them again and was told that whatever the ad said they would honor. But me being me I needed a confirmation before driving all the way to the dealership. I try not to do into the dealership until I have all of my number worked out and have a very precise plan and goal. I contacted this “general manager” whose name was on the bottom of the ad. I never received an email back. Two days later I received another add with the first price that I was told on the truck I inquired about. I then emailed the general manager again and informed him that I believed that they were trying to just get me into the dealership and how I would have appreciated an email back explaining how it may have been a mistake instead of better confirming my believe that they were just trying to get me into the dealership with the first ad, instead they sent me a “fixed” ad with only the truck that I have been inquiring about this whole time. I really feel like they were trying to get me to come into dealership because I believe that is where they want you to be because let’s face it, this is what these guys do every day and they are good at closing on the deal while you are full of emotions and may agree to a deal that you may not have if you were not in the dealership being pressured and having sales tactics deployed onto you. I have bought 4 brand new trucks in the past 9 years, but all have been Tundras. This was one of the first Chevy dealers I contacted and all of this happened. I think I may just stay going back to Toyota of Slidell. More
From the start our salesman, Rex Lawrence seemed like a xxxxxx, didn’t know his inventory and had no idea of the price ranges. We gave the “customer relations manager” the benefit of the doubt after giving him advice on how to sell us a car 🤷🏼♀️ . We told him what the last dealership had offered on our trade which was below our kbb value of 12 grand so after wasting a couple of hours with this half wit finally comes back and they offer us 8500 like really what a joke of a dealership to insult us and anyone with an $8500 trade-in on our very nice vehicle. Ended up going to Northpark Nissan and getting 14,000 on our trade and got a brand new car with the note we want it hood Chevrolet is a joke I don’t know how they stay open More
