Poor service truck dropped off at 7am for a seat belt tensioner . There was a recall on driver side seat belt. The service person said the safety recall was over. I was quoted 1 hrs to replace seat belt tensioner . There was a recall on driver side seat belt. The service person said the safety recall was over. I was overall satisfied. But this was an unexpected repair, and the business model is obviously built for maintenance appointments, and I can understand. However, I had a vehicle that was disabled and still under warranty. I purchased the vehicle at that location as well as have it maintained there, and basically got put in back of the line because I didn't have an appt for an unexpected repair. I do think they did their best to get to it based on their workload and get it fixed. But I had no real diagnosis for a day and a half and had no vehicle to go to work in. Once they diagnosed the problem, they fixed it very quickly. More
Bill Hood is a Great dealership to deal with customers. We went to 3 different Chevy dealerships before we could get what we wanted instead of trying to settle for what they had.
