Every time the car goes in for an oil change it ends up coming out with lugs missing. Yesterday there were 7 missing and 3 loose. Mark Johnston and the entire Service Department did a fantastic job with my truck. The part needed was on back-order through no fault of their own, but they bent over backwards to accommodate me and mak fantastic job with my truck.
