Pricing was very transparent, (below average price according to TrueCar and Consumer Reports) and all of the different incentives, discounts and rebates were fully explained. Test drove a number of trucks and ended up buying the first one we drove. Our salesperson, Gary, had picked out the right truck in the first place by listening to our wants and needs. Extremely satisfied customer While traveling on I-10 I ran over a tire tread which damaged the protective panels under the car. When I went to Bill Hood ford to have the damage c While traveling on I-10 I ran over a tire tread which damaged the protective panels under the car. When I went to Bill Hood ford to have the damage checked they took the car into the garage within 5 minutes. They did not stock the panels but were able to provide a temporary repair and had me on the road within 45 minutes and only charged me for a few clips, less than 6 dollars.
