Service at this Mini Dealership was Amazing!! We drove an hour to get to this location and we’re glad that we did. Once we arrived, we were greeted right away & service began on my Cayenne. There was a complimentary visual inspection which was a pleasant surprise. Mitchell Shefveland was our advisor and he was great! Mitch was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful (he addresses both me and my partner) I sometimes get ignored with regards to car conversations. Our advisor told us about different Mini Events in Naperville, recommended the 3yr Oil Change service for only few extra bucks. Overall, very pleased! This is our home dealership! More
