Bill Jacobs Mini is the best. I purchased a 2022 JCW from Jed about 6 months ago. The entire procedure of purchasing it was super smooth and fun. Jed was super helpful throughout the entire custom build process. Would totally recommend. Like, when is buying a car ever "fun?" Regarding service, I've had the car in twice to have a couple oil changes and a recall performed. The service advisor, Mitch Shefveland, clearly explained what work would be done and broke down the recall details. A+ work from him and the service team. This dealer rocks. Need to buy a Mini or need work done, go to these guys! More
