I was very pleased with the service provided by Nick and the rest of the team at Bill Jacobs Mini. I was having problems connecting my 2022 Mini Cooper SE with the app and thought I’d need to sit on the pho the rest of the team at Bill Jacobs Mini. I was having problems connecting my 2022 Mini Cooper SE with the app and thought I’d need to sit on the phone with customer service resetting things. Turns out I had a faulty module which needed to be replaced. The whole process was painless—from scheduling the pickup of my vehicle to the delivery of my car back to me. A loaner was provided for the time mine was in the shop which ended up being two weeks because of a shipping delays for the part. Nick kept me informed every step of the was with daily text updates. Nobody wants to have a problem with a brand new vehicle. But if you do, you want to be confident that it will be handled hassle-free. Bill Jacobs delivered, and I have no complaints about my experience. Thanks for great service! More
