I would have given 5 stars if I was solely rating the salesman and other associates; Mena, the Salesman, was very professional, not pushy/agressive and accommodating. The reason for only 2 stars is the add-on the dealership forces you to pay. Some dealerships, including Bill Kay, are adding on a GPS tracking device such as Lojak or S.W.A.T. This is a forced purchase on the customer of anywhere between several hundred to $1300 added on to your purchase price. This should be a choice for the customer to make, especially for someone buying a used vehicle for under $20k. A $1300 add-on is quite an increase and they spring it on you once you sit down to discuss financing. So after you spend time to test drive and discuss/agree on a price - then they spring the add-on. You can tell them you don't want the add-on but they'll tell you it's not optional and no way to take it off. So I suggest walking away from dealers like this. I had one other dealer try the same when I bought a car year and half ago. I almost left but they adjusted the price to make the sale - Bill Kay refused to do that. So although they are professional, respectful and not pushy and price of vehicle is fair; the management/owner forcing this large add-on then forces the customer to rate low. More

Went to the cashier to pay for my $700+ worth of service with my GMC rewards card. I was informed that unless I paid cash or used a debit card, I would be charged an additional 3% service fee. Spent thousan with my GMC rewards card. I was informed that unless I paid cash or used a debit card, I would be charged an additional 3% service fee. Spent thousands on service at Bill Kay since I bought my truck. Called 3 other GMC dealerships in the area and none of the 3 add a fee for using a credit card. Enjoy the 3% Bill, you’ll never see another dime of my money. More
