I always thought that Bill Kay as a dealership was a rip off. This visit again confirms it. Their labor rates must be close to $200 an hour. An hour and a half of work cost close to $300. I’m a 100% service-connected veteran and founder of a logistics agency. I purchased a 2020 Dodge Journey from Bill Kay GMC. Despite two transmission replacements, the vehicle failed again leaking fluid a logistics agency. I purchased a 2020 Dodge Journey from Bill Kay GMC. Despite two transmission replacements, the vehicle failed again leaking fluid and requiring a tow. I lost my job due to repeated breakdowns and was denied a rental or replacement. I couldn’t renew my registration for over a year due to emissions failure. Legal action is underway. I’m sharing this to protect other families and hold businesses accountable.
