Purchased a new 2026 Buick Encore GT on 29 December 2025. Noticed right away that the radio would not hold a signal. Goit an appointment on 16 Jan 2026. After a presumed diagnostic it was determined that the Noticed right away that the radio would not hold a signal. Goit an appointment on 16 Jan 2026. After a presumed diagnostic it was determined that the "telematics control module" would need to be replaced. It would take 3-4 days to get a new module. After 1 week Bill Kay was contacted and was told that the component had serious backorder and a date could not be determined. 13 Feb brought the vehicle back to have new module installed. On the way home radio acted the same way. Called and was told to make another appointment so a diagnostic could be performed and a test drive would be needed.. Brought the car back on 20 Feb. The same technician that installed the module advised that a test drive would not be needed and the antenna mast was missing. That should have been installed when the car was prepped for delivery. I am now concerned that the car was never prepped properly More
