I was fortunate enough to find an almost identical vehicle at this dealership. The car was perfect and the guys at the dealership made this so easy for me. With everything I have had to deal in regards to my accident, this was the easiest part! I look forward to stopping in for my car washes and will let people know how nice it was to work with this dealership. Thanks!! More
Came in for first oil change on 2019 Envision I noticed that my car's oil life percentage was decreasing more than I thought was normal. Purchased vehicle in Aug 2019. Currently have just under I noticed that my car's oil life percentage was decreasing more than I thought was normal. Purchased vehicle in Aug 2019. Currently have just under 1,000 miles and oil life had already dropped to 42%. I do mostly shorter mileage trips, but there have been longer drives as well. I received my 'free' service - oil change, tire rotation etc - even though the tires really didn't need it yet. When I brought car in technician was very professional. I told him - Nathan Berry - about the issue. Work was done well, except when I got home, I found my monthly ONSTAR report which stated that I needed air in one of my tires. I thought that the tire air pressures would have been checked at the time of the tie rotation. The report did indicate that the oil life was now at 100% so think the low tire pressure indicator is accurate.. Nathan did inform me that he checked and that the oil indicator was most likely due to the time oil was last put in - which would have been prior to my purchase. He said car had been on lot ( late 2018) for quite awhile before I purchased. So time will tell. I have not been able to check tire pressure due to the COVID-19 lock down. Overall very satisfied with service. More

I brought my car in for a 7:30am appointment. I got a call from Keith and he said I could pick my car up anytime until 7pm. I arrive at 6:02pm and there's one person who just closed up with all the doors call from Keith and he said I could pick my car up anytime until 7pm. I arrive at 6:02pm and there's one person who just closed up with all the doors locked and he said everyone left. This dealership is a waste of time to go to and extremely overpriced for their lack of services and compassion to the client. Edit from the next day: I called Keith's direct number and had to leave a message. I then called the main number and when transferred to services. Keith answered, but couldn't answer his individual phone? He then said I could get 10% off when I asked for it due to the inconvenience. When I asked for a list of costs, he had to look into it and call back. He called back 40 minutes later and said that he could only give me $100 instead of 10% after talking to a coworker. Not even a manager. He then went on to list everything that was completed and stated the transmission coolant was repaired even though I told him that I didn't want that done because the bill was already so high. He then said that he meant to say that it wasn't completed. He ended the call with a "Thank you" and mentioned nothing about correcting my issues with his services. Safe to say I am not impressed with this dealerships customer service. Another update: When I picked up the car, I waited 20 minutes to speak with Keith. When I got to speak with him, he said that he didn't care that I had posted a bad review. The breakdown of labor was also more than he told me on the phone. On the phone he quoted $667 for each wheel bearing and labor. The breakdown does not match on the receipt. Keith does not use facts when he speaks to customers and has no respect for them. I got the keys and the car wasn't even driven up front for me. I had to find it in a back lot. More
