Weird Thermostat I called Mike because my AC wasn’t working. But when I brought it in, I told him that my car thought it was -25*F. I told Mike I thought it might be I called Mike because my AC wasn’t working. But when I brought it in, I told him that my car thought it was -25*F. I told Mike I thought it might be electrical. He agreed with me. They ran a test and determined that the electrical panel should be replaced and didn’t waste time checking the AC. They fixed it quickly and I’ve had no issues since. I really want to Thank Mike for listening to me and not running tests that didn’t need to be done! More

Got The Car I Wanted I spoke initially with Roger and told him I was looking for a new car but didn't know if I wanted a 2019 Buick Encore or the 2019 Buick Envision. Spac I spoke initially with Roger and told him I was looking for a new car but didn't know if I wanted a 2019 Buick Encore or the 2019 Buick Envision. Space was the issue for me since I have a small one car garage, Roger offered to let me take the Encore home and use it for a day to see if not only the size of the car, but also the cargo capacity fit my needs. .As it turned out, the Encore's cargo space was too small for the items I frequently need to transport. So I then targeted the Envision. Again Roger let me take that car home for the same trial test. The Envision turned out to be a perfect fit for all my needs in addition to it having most of all the accessories I wanted. Plus it handles very well on not only regular streets but also in tollway driving. With all of my back and forth changes as to which car I wanted, Roger was always understanding, patient, and very helpful. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a selection. I really appreciate all of the personal attention he provided me. More
