Got The Car I Wanted I spoke initially with Roger and told him I was looking for a new car but didn't know if I wanted a 2019 Buick Encore or the 2019 Buick Envision. Spac I spoke initially with Roger and told him I was looking for a new car but didn't know if I wanted a 2019 Buick Encore or the 2019 Buick Envision. Space was the issue for me since I have a small one car garage, Roger offered to let me take the Encore home and use it for a day to see if not only the size of the car, but also the cargo capacity fit my needs. .As it turned out, the Encore's cargo space was too small for the items I frequently need to transport. So I then targeted the Envision. Again Roger let me take that car home for the same trial test. The Envision turned out to be a perfect fit for all my needs in addition to it having most of all the accessories I wanted. Plus it handles very well on not only regular streets but also in tollway driving. With all of my back and forth changes as to which car I wanted, Roger was always understanding, patient, and very helpful. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a selection. I really appreciate all of the personal attention he provided me. More

Staff is wonderful, tactics are misleading Jazmine was great getting our visit to see a used car we were interested in set up and Gee (our salesman) was very patient with us. We should have, because we had already invested a lot of time and effort into our search and had decided this was 'the car.' Then the usual waiting around, maintenance contract added into the final price, but the real kicker was that there was interior protection already added that increased the price substantially and was added in after we had decided the price was good. I would only recommend this dealer if you are a skilled negotiator. I know it's their business to make a buck, but I ended feeling very bitter that we paid so much for something we didn't want More

After the test drive I said I was interested in the second car. Roger is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions including the ones I neglected to ask. Roger had the car checked and readied while Noel Rivera guided me thru the final paper work to complete the purchase. I bought the second car and am happy and satisfied with the purchase. More
