Excellent staff I stopped in for a look at news cars since my Buick is 17 years old. Roger,a salesman asked if I was interested in a specific vehicle and of course sa I stopped in for a look at news cars since my Buick is 17 years old. Roger,a salesman asked if I was interested in a specific vehicle and of course said just looking. I explained I had concerns with the new vehicles and all the technology. Roger said it’s easy let me show you. I looked at an Encore then a Terrain. He took me on a test drive and realized this new technology is great. I was actually very comfortable in the Terrain. Noel the general manager asked how it went and I said great. I then met Jeff the sales manager who got paperwork started. Once approved I then met Mike in F&I. The entire experience was great and a very personable staff made it easy. More
