Not recommended - So called "OEM" towing hitch needs welding at the outlet plate; - Missing "SV" letters on tail gate; - Left back wheel lug bolt broken during serv - So called "OEM" towing hitch needs welding at the outlet plate; - Missing "SV" letters on tail gate; - Left back wheel lug bolt broken during service, and lug nut with broken bolt inside left in the center console; I emailed collision center regarding this issue and no answer. The only reason that i took my truck to "Bill Kay" was that it is a Nissan dealership and i was hopping for best service. Unfortunately I regret my decision. More

Quick and easy I have been looking for a used Bolt EV for a while. Mike was my sales man and later Roger had to close the deal as Mike had a doctor apointment. The car was priced right and they allowed me to do a 24 hour test as I needed to make sure it can do the cycle I need it for. Once I made sure that the car will do what I wanted, the rest was super easy and not lengthy at all. Both Mike and Roger were very professional and polite and made sure that I would get what I needed in a very timely manner. They were also excellent following up on my business. Tyler in the finance department was also very good to work with. He is excellent at what he does and his level of professionalism to the top of the charts. The car had some decals in the windshield and when they brought the car back without them and we were setting up onstar Roger and I noticed a crack in the windshield. Roger immediately owned to it and took pictures. Very professional and honest deal. I would recommend this dealer every time. More

I got the truck I wanted. My husband and I saw the 2019 GMC terrain denali on line and had to have it. We didn't have much money to put down and not the top notch credit. We said to each other we might not get it but we went in on Friday at 7pm and the close at 9. We was greeted by Gee. He took some information from us and worked his magic. Dishonest; an unethical company I bought a new car from this company. I have pointed out issues with the car for 5 years. Now that warranty has expired, they pointed out the EXACT I bought a new car from this company. I have pointed out issues with the car for 5 years. Now that warranty has expired, they pointed out the EXACT thing I have complained about since the car was a year old!!! I will contact BBB to understand whether the issue is GMC or Bill Kay. Also told my wife the car needed $2100 in repairs when another shop charged $775. As expected, not only changed tune after warranty but also took advantage of female. More
