Unpleasantly surprised I have always heard about dealerships that were underhanded. Selling the “clear coat”. Adding service package and some interior protection plan on top of the cost was unexpected and disappointing especially once we were told the $995 interior protection couldn’t be removed. John marcos was a great salesperson just doing what he was told. Also, several managers just spoke to me and made wife few invisible and it was a car for her. it was almost a clinic for how not to sell. More
