Pricing: I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happen without the big game of back and forth. Once we agreed on my price I was on way within a hour with my purchase. Too Expensive The personnel were all very nice and polite, just doing their job. I was charged $147 for a diagnostic to tell me my radio didn't work. The $859 charge for a new satillite radio installation (less my $100 coupon) or $759 for radio and installation made me wish I just bought a $100 radio at some other place . I could live without the satillite luxeries. Makes me think that the next car should be a different brand and have less satillite potential expense. I may not be loyal to Buick anymore. We don't believe we ever actually met Jeff Schweinert - we assume that he was in the background helping with the purchase price & all.
