Customer Service I have been in a few times because my engine light kept coming on and I was hearing a weird noise when accelerating. One guy said "probably need an o I have been in a few times because my engine light kept coming on and I was hearing a weird noise when accelerating. One guy said "probably need an oil change". I knew that was not the problem and felt somewhat insulted that my concern was not taken seriously. Well 2 more times back in and my pistons and ringers were the problem where the extended warranty has to kick in to cover this pricey repair. Chris Ruffalo from service has been handling my service, not the guy who dismissed my concern. Chris has been extremely helpful and truely sincere in taking care of my concerns. Finally the repair is being done! More
