Basic oil change and tire rotation Dealership was great at getting my car in for an oil change and tire rotation in short notice. Oil change went fine but they did not rotate my tires. Sloooow I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. 1-1/2 hours later, it was done. That is with an appointment. That is far too long for such a sim I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. 1-1/2 hours later, it was done. That is with an appointment. That is far too long for such a simple service. I'm not saying that it should be 15 minutes like a Jiffy Lube or similar place (although, that would be nice), but 1-1/2 hours is just crazy! In addition, the service coordinator was not overly friendly. I don't expect anything over the top, but at least a friendly demeanor weird be an improvement. I'll do what I can to utilize another location for future service. More
