Sloooow I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. 1-1/2 hours later, it was done. That is with an appointment. That is far too long for such a sim I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. 1-1/2 hours later, it was done. That is with an appointment. That is far too long for such a simple service. I'm not saying that it should be 15 minutes like a Jiffy Lube or similar place (although, that would be nice), but 1-1/2 hours is just crazy! In addition, the service coordinator was not overly friendly. I don't expect anything over the top, but at least a friendly demeanor weird be an improvement. I'll do what I can to utilize another location for future service. More
