Like a SNL skit - Buyer beware!! This was like a Saturday Night Live skit in car buying. The salesman started my scheduled appointment 45 minutes late. I was there to buy a car I had This was like a Saturday Night Live skit in car buying. The salesman started my scheduled appointment 45 minutes late. I was there to buy a car I had been leasing. The purchase price is spelled out in the lease. Still I had to haggle about the price as the original number they presented me was higher than the sticker price of the car!! Most people who came in after me left before me with new cars. The finance guys took forever to review warranty information I was not interested in. In my opinion, the finance people were not forthcoming in available loan options. After I posted a first draft of this review, someone in "customer service" called and asked about my experience. When I described what I have written here, she expressed surprise as I had a "top salesman" and "we don't usually get" poor reviews. She then had the gall to ask if I would give them a high rating on "Google + or dealerater.com". Later, I had a nice conversation with Sales Manager Noel and he did apologize for all the problems I experienced. Buyer beware- do not buy a car here! I like my GMC Terrain but I wish it was from another dealership. Although I won't go back to Bill Kay for any reason, the times I have been to their service department, it was great! If you need GMC service, I recommend this dealership. More

Just bought a newer used car Everyone has been so gracious. I just bought a car and noticed it wasn't running quite right. Tyler actually has to help us when we arrived unannounced on a Saturday. We did our homework and this dealership had obviously did theirs also. We got a great deal on the vehicle. Noel even assisted with the deal. I have read some of the other negative reviews about this dealership. If people actually did some research they would see that this dealership is very fair. If I had to have something to complain about it would be that the popcorn machine was empty and the pops cost $1.75, when you are purchasing a high dollar amount item such as a car, drinks should be offered for free. More
