DO NOT SHOP AT BILLKAY BUICK GMC IN DOWNERS GROVE!! I bought a 2023 Acadia there 2 years ago. 2 days ago I get a phone call from a Salesman. I couldnt take call so he left a voicemail. When I was able to I called back. The salesman was busy with a customer. He called me back a little while later. Basically asked if I was ready to upgrade. I told him I wasnt interested unless he could meet me at my payment. We chatted for a few about everything including that I would trade in what I had and all the time I am looking on their website. I told him that I would only be interested in the 2026 White Acadia Elevation they had but I was not interested in going up in payment. He said “let me go talk to sales manager and call me back. He called back and said manager said yes they could do that. I told him I didnt want them wasting my time. He said nope they wouldnt be wasting my time. So we set up an appointment for yesterday morning. I said again a couple of times I dont want my time wasted. He said he unsterstood and that he talked to manager and said they could get it done. I even told him I had payoff on my trade. So I go up this morning and checked the car out. Went for a test drive. Came back and he presented it to manager. THEY WERENT EVEN CLOSE!!! I told them I was xxxxxx off that I was lied to and that I will never be back and that I would never recommend their dealership!! So here is my recommendation!! DO NOT EVER SHOP AT BILLKAY BUICK GMC IN DOWNERS GROVE!! More

I always thought that Bill Kay as a dealership was a rip off. This visit again confirms it. Their labor rates must be close to $200 an hour. An hour and a half of work cost close to $300.
