Troubling business practices with no transparency. Returned a leased car that was WELL under the miles. Few months later, I got dinged my credit report due to non-payment of an outstanding balance. Returned a leased car that was WELL under the miles. Few months later, I got dinged my credit report due to non-payment of an outstanding balance. Despite receiving no invoice, they were charging me $1,300, including over $500 in fabricate costs (key fob, owner's manual, etc). I will NEVER go back and tell everyone I know not to use them. Terrible. More

Absolute loved my experience visiting Bill Kay Buick GMC and meeting with the sales man Steve. He showed me the car I had an eye one and gave me a test drive. Absolutely phenomenal! I came here because my dealership refuses to abide by mask mandates and I do not feel safe bringing my vehicle to that location any longer. This location brought out the five star tre refuses to abide by mask mandates and I do not feel safe bringing my vehicle to that location any longer.
