Great experience except for one thing. We had a excellent experience with Andrew our sales person and Tyler in Financing . The SUV was ready for us to test drive when we arrived just like promised. Andrew did everything possible to make sure we understood everything having to do with the SUV and the sale. One thing we did not like was the difference between the on line value estimated for our trade in. The trade in offer given to us on line was two to two and a half times higher then what we were offered from Andrews manager. So getting there and not receiving the amount you expected was a little bit of a shocker. But all in all it was a very good experience. Worth driving the 1.45 hours to get there. More

I made an appointment 2 days before scheduled service. Service was for 8am oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 750. After going over paper work I sat in the waiting area at 8am. I did not hear anything until 930. 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. The woman never came to talk to me while waiting. When it was finally ready she only said sorry.
