Went to the cashier to pay for my $700+ worth of service with my GMC rewards card. I was informed that unless I paid cash or used a debit card, I would be charged an additional 3% service fee. Spent thousan with my GMC rewards card. I was informed that unless I paid cash or used a debit card, I would be charged an additional 3% service fee. Spent thousands on service at Bill Kay since I bought my truck. Called 3 other GMC dealerships in the area and none of the 3 add a fee for using a credit card. The repair took too much time- 9 days. I was told that they couldn't get it into the garage because it wouldn't start. But, other dealers have said "we just put the car in neutral and pu I was told that they couldn't get it into the garage because it wouldn't start. Worst of all, the woman in the service department was EXTREMELY rude, acting like she resented me asking any questions. Treated me like I was stupid. A horrible customer service experience, and I likely won't buy another GMC car as a result. More
