Discourage service I had an appointment for service. Along the way of my 2 hour drive I developed a minor secondary issue. We’re too busy, it will take 2 hours to diagnose and it will cost $140 dollars just to look at it” I felt like service did everything they could to discourage me from having a minor secondary problem looked at.
