Best Dealer experience I've ever had From the moment I walked in I was treated like a person not a sales target. I was referred so my first contact was the GM Chris B.. I will say any dealer would be happy to have him at the helm. I worked with Bill Baresch who was so nice I had to ask him which department he was in (Sales). Bill is human and cared enough to sit with me after the deal... just to show me how the new toys on my truck worked...are you kidding me? After I bought it he does this...wow. He even made sure I synced my phone (yes I get the sales angle why) but a lesser approach would be to give me a bullet point how to. In my line of work we have Sales, Service and Parts so I'm very familiar with day to day, but because of that I'm hyper critical of an operation . It was perfect, what I was able to see was very transparent and genuine. Better believe I'm sending folks Bill Kay's way. Where do you hire these folks? Ok the truck is BadA** too!! Best dealership experience Did a nationwide search for a certain car with a certain color and accessories. Only dealership that had one. We live 3 hours away.
