I was having a problem with a 2015 F-150 I had just purchased with warning lights. Carlos was my service rep and explained the trouble shooting process to me. My truck was in your shop for 3 days and Carlos kept me updated on the progress. When I went to pick up the loaner car I had the opportunity to speak with Charles Dudzik the mechanic. who took the time to explain to me what was going on. I have dealt with Charles many times in the past and I am always happy to see him servicing my vehicles. Vehicle is now running fine and I am very satisified with the overall experience. As of this time I intend to have all of my service needs addressed by your service department.
I feel more comfortable getting my oil changed with The Works package. My tires had reached end of life (45k miles) and the selection of tires were of quality brands at competitive prices. My wait time was acceptable.
I didn't have an actual problem but because reservations are not accepted for oil changes, the wait can be long. When I arrived, I was told it would take about 45 minutes but that turned into a 2 hour wait. I was not kept updated as to why. Employees were courteous but the service rep who calculated my bill forgot to include the $10 coupon I had given him. Luckily, I asked if it had been deducted before I paid my bill which was rather high, I might add. I understand that mistakes happen but it shouldn't have been that difficult to remember the discount since I had printed it out and given him a copy of it. When my warranty is up, I probably will not return for future oil changes. Dealers are too high.
This review speaks for EVERY service trip I made to Bill Kay Ford. How many wonderful words would you like me to use, in describing Bill Kay Ford's service department? Great, fabulous, friendly, not too expensive, thorough, top quality.......I could go on and on with this!! Yes, I would recommend Bill Kay Ford to other people, and yes I would be coming back for more service as needed.
I was a walk in for an oil change and overall check up. I was courteously provided with the service I requested and even had a cup of tea that the service desk person prepared for me. I also got a courtesy car wash. The service manager checked on me in the waiting room asking if I needed anything. I was pleased with the timely service without an appointment.
Last minute call in for an oil change. I was told to bring my car in by 11:00. Even without an appointment, my car was serviced right away. An oil change, tire rotation and car wash was done within an hour. Everyone at this dealership is customer service oriented and the store is kept very clean
