I had a problem with an oil leak on my 2011 Pilot - turned out to be a loose oil-pan bolt. Unfortunately, most of the oil leaked on my garage floor. It only took one phone call for the Bill Kay staff t turned out to be a loose oil-pan bolt. Unfortunately, most of the oil leaked on my garage floor. It only took one phone call for the Bill Kay staff to jump into action. Nick never hesitated... he and AJ came to my home with a courtesy car and completely cleaned the spill - at 7PM. They took my Pilot for service and had it completed the next day. My Pilot - and my garage never looked better. Almost did not go to this dealer due to negative comments (at that time there was not any positive comments). I decided to give them a try though because they were the only dealer that had the vehicle (white (at that time there was not any positive comments).
