He squeezed our car in for service, called the Enterprise rent a car to help us keep our plans for the day and told us to go have fun and forget about the car. He would likely be able to have the car ready on our return back from U of I. Alan did exactly that. Alan is a great example of what customer service should be. It is easy to feel helpless when your car breaks down - especially in an area one is unfamiliar with. We were so appreciative of his help that day! More

Donnie answered every question we had, went over every detail with us, provided a complete, detailed quote before we made the trip to purchase the car. He covered every aspect of trying to locate the car we wanted, getting the price we wanted, and the financing terms we were looking for were all in full disclosure and detail. Our experience continued with Pete Pishos in financing and finished with the excellence of the service department in getting the car ready for us to take home with us on the same day. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I found out about the car I wanted, a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L, on Autotrader. It was late in the evening, but the salesman there, Bert Tvrz, still too I found out about the car I wanted, a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L, on Autotrader. It was late in the evening, but the salesman there, Bert Tvrz, still took time to engage with me on chat. I talked with Bert more the next day, and he got me in touch with their finance manager. I told him that I only had been on my job for a short time, and had other credit issues. He said no problem, that he would do his best to get me a competitive rate and a good loan. HE DID. I am now driving a great one-owner, low-mileage Honda Accord with a two-year service contract that Bert sold new to the first owner, all at a price that fits my budget. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, but this was my BEST car buying experience ever! I came to Illinois from Kansas to pick up my car and drive it home. I planned my vacation around being able to have this maintenance done at their shop, Why? I will tell you Why. They are honest trustworthy and dependable their customer service is worth the 18 hour drive! I tried 2 of the 3 dealers close to me here in Texas and made the decision to use the shop in Bourbonnais Illinois for my major maintenance needs. It was well worth the drive and inconvenience to have Allan and Nick do the work. I thought all Honda dealers service departments were like the one at Bill Kay until I tried several others.
