Prompt and thorough. Upon greeting me in service, I requested from Sam that the oil change be done quickly with no inspection report. I had come one hour early but he was able to get me in immediately. My car was done in 30 minutes and instead of going through the details of the required inspection report he handed to me and asked me to look through it. Upon getting in my car I noticed there were three items in red. Two of them were incidental, but the third was critical. I was several thousand miles past my differential fluid change.
