Service Dept. Especially Sam Sam is always so kind and considerate on days that are usually bad for people....he goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I came in with cRV door lock problem and promptly locked the keys in the car. Sam took it in stride. He was happy to provide me with a cute little red car for the day. When it was ready, the bill was slightly less than anticipated. Car needs a 100k tune up, informed me of it and what it entailed as well as how important it is to have done. I couldn’t have it sone then, but he did not pressure me into it. Bill Kay has a gem of an employee in service. Thank you. More

Even though our vehicle is now 5 years old and there are several Honda dealerships closer to our home, I wouldn't go anywhere for service. We're always greeted in a friendly and courteous manner by the service staff, the waiting area is very comfortable. Oil and tire rotation service is always done in a timely manner and the staff keeps you informed as to the progress and any additional issues that may need attention. The last three visits I've had Sam Rios as my service rep, and as before Sam is friendly,professional, and most importantly, honest in servicing our CR-V. Sam and the rest of the staff at Bill Kay is why I bypass other dealership and repair shops and keep coming back. More
