The technician that worked on my car did an excellent job. The vibration I was feeling is gone. I do feel like I paid to much for the rotate and balance. There was a time when BK service would go above and beyond but that day is past. We dropped our car off the day b4 service was to begin. We used the Nissan coupon to purchase a new battery (not sure beyond but that day is past. We dropped our car off the day b4 service was to begin. We used the Nissan coupon to purchase a new battery (not sure if we got a deal or not). We requested 3 recalls to be completed (not sure how we can tell if they were done). Also requested to remove the "locking" lug nuts and replace them. This was not done even though they told us they were. Vehicle was not washed, tires not checked, fluids not topped off...but the radio station was changed.. I have purchased 3 vehicles here in the past several years but will never buy again. More
