I'm very happy with the service I rec'd. I thought I knew what the problem was and it was going to be an expensive repair. I went in for a routine oil change which I have a pre-paid maintenance agreement for however while the service staff was very nice, Bill Kay did not accept my pre-paid maintenance agreement for both pre-paid maintenance agreement for however while the service staff was very nice, Bill Kay did not accept my pre-paid maintenance agreement for both oil change and tire rotation. Rather they charged me $20 (with coupon) for tire rotation even after I confirmed with Gerald Nissan (where I got my car from) that the agreement did include oil change and tire rotation. In addition, I made an appointment and still had to wait an hour for my car. Lastly, the waiting area was not nice at all. All in all a bad experience and I will not be going back to this Nissan — Gerald Nissan provides great service and even though it’s a farther drive, very much worth it. More
