I was happy with my oil change but was disappointed to find when I got to the location where I had made a reservation they did not have it in their system and also frustrated when I texted back to my serv find when I got to the location where I had made a reservation they did not have it in their system and also frustrated when I texted back to my service rep that I had low tire pressure in my drivers rear tire I did not get a reply. He did later come to talk to me but not about my text. He did advise me that checking the tires was part of the service and air would be added. After I left the shop I got 3 miles down the road to find air was not added the check pressure light was back on and I had to stop at a gas station and pay $2 to put air in my tire as I was getting on the expressway for a 2 hour drive. More
